Is being able to go back in time twelve seconds earlier still considered regression?

12 seconds could get you banned from every casino in a state

What is it like to post on AO3 and/or RR?

You can't advertise but you can link your twitter and then just advertise on there. Silly loophole but it works

Discussion about "write for yourself" when writing romance.

This just sounds like you wrote a bad story. I don't think it would have been saved with a different pairing.

What is it like to post on AO3 and/or RR?

It's just because RR system for trending is so easy to abuse. At least here people need to actually read the fic.

What is it like to post on AO3 and/or RR?

RR has an issue with people gaming the recommend lists by downvoting any work that isn't in a group. You will get downvoted no matter how good your work is as people don't want you to take their spot on trending. Scribblehub doesn't care about user votes so it thankfully avoids this.

This isnt true there's plenty of original works on there, fanworks are just much more popular.

Random thought on LitRPG and Cultivation novels

Its Power Fantasy in its purest form. LitRPG is popular because it doesn't really need to lay a lot of groundwork. Fantasy stories you need to explain magic, you need backstories, you need nations and how people play into them, you need to explain how monsters eat and why they haven't overran...

    Do you intentionally skip chapters?

Oh if it's an isekai and it starts before the Isekai happens I just skip to that. It has literally never been important I read the pre-isekai part, they're always a waste of effort. Half the time the MC won't even act like they did in the prologue making it really baffling why its there.

    Do you intentionally skip chapters?

Maybe if it's obvious filler? Sometimes it's from a different perspective to the MC, and I just don't give a shit.

A little spin from the usual isekai trope

"I have a useless or incredibly niche skill I use to save the world and/or do slice-of-life hyjinx" is about half of all Isekai right now. Heck more if you also include "I am a random monster/object"

What is SH's restriction on smut?

I mean if that's how it is meant to be taken then it's vague enough it's like the "No plot" rule. Unless you're explicitly going against the rule, you can probably weasel out of it.

What is SH's restriction on smut?

It’s a super low bar to clear. “I’m here to fix the washing machine” clears this bar. As for Non-con. It is against the rules but a non-con story has been on trending for like a month so I don’t know if the rules are really enforced much.
