I'm generally curious as to how you pEOPLe encourage yourself. I'd share my method, but I'm pretty sure this thread would then be closed.

The ability to make anything I sit in extremely comfortable. Like no matter how I sit in it I won't have issue, no back pain from bad posture, nothing. I could even sit on like a tree or something and be perfectly fine. (Is that what sitting will be like in heaven? Probably.)
