What practical superpower do you wish you had?

It could range from being able to do something major (like laser vision) to having a super memory but what superpower do you think would help you in a practical way. Destroying your enemies can be counted as practical but I will wonder why you never looked into de-escalation tactics.

Personally I'm torn between wanting to shapeshift (because I would have a lot more options for life if I could become an animal) or being able to clone myself (No I wouldn't kill my clone, at worst we'd pretend to be the other's evil twin and not contact the other except on holidays) but I believe that both of those powers could genuinely help me on my day to day (with the minor exception of being captured by animal control or being possibly murdered by my doppelganger)

I'll go with a simple one.

That's a good one, but for me personally I'd make sure to word it so I *can* still do those things, and that whether I do or don't, I don't have to poo or pee. And I'd add breathing to the list. Nothing special, but a simple and convenient quality-of-life improvement. And you could save some money.

Personally, I'd probably go with shape shifting or telekinesis. Shape shifting could be valuable for me for my personal mental health, and there are niches where you could use the power to shape shift to become like, a chimera of different creatures, or ones that don't exist, and you could also probably use it to heal.

Telekinesis is a good one, very versatile. The most important part, probably, is that it has to be a type that you can use on yourself, cause I wanna fly baby! And then you can also use it to like, push away the wind around you so you don't get battered by it while you're flying around. It has strong utility for every day life, and in a fight it's good too with high defensive and offensive potential.

Alternatively, if I wanted to really dig in and start breaking things, I'd want my superpower to be magic. Either the magic system that I've been working on, which is more reasonable and personal to myself, or if I really wanted to mess things up, then something like the magic in Wise Man's Grandchild, because with the magic from there you really could just become a god with how easy it is to get ridiculously strong. But the point is, 'Magic' is very versatile, and depending on your source material, very powerful, so if you have the option for 'one' superpower, it's a good pick.

Because that would require me to think it up. Then I could be tricked into thinking up a power that kills me instantly.
But if it's a power someone else has, I can wait and see if it works. Decide if I want it, then take it. Let someone else beta test.

True immortality, as in actual immortality that makes it unnecessary to eat, possibly sleep, and unable to die in general. Not like vampires (sorry, needed to insert that one) or classical immortals that just don't die of age or wounds. I personally distinguish the two as otherworldly immortals and humane immortals.

And add to that something that would actualy be practical in day-to-day situations and make life actually easier, such as ability to shapeshift (which could actually be the cause of immortality) or superior mental and physical capabilities.

...Actually wait, does that count as a superpower? It should. I think.

The ability to make anything I sit in extremely comfortable. Like no matter how I sit in it I won't have issue, no back pain from bad posture, nothing. I could even sit on like a tree or something and be perfectly fine.

(Is that what sitting will be like in heaven? Probably.)
