What do you guys do to stay fit and healthy

Usually a three mile jog about 3-4 times a week, maybe? I do yard work sometimes for my folks since they don't live far from me, so that can be a replacement. Some other random stuff thrown in, like sets of pushups and sit-ups between commercials on netflix or video game lobbies. lol. XD Nothing crazy, but the running gets the brain going for me.

Eat and Eat actually.

I have stupidly fast metabolism, I spend my entire childhood as fricking skeleton until my doctor suggested me to over eat food as much as I want, even if I don't want it.

I did not find it much problem until i actually tried to gain fat, And my god it's stupidly hard as long as I have some sort of physical activity, going on. which I do daily in the form of football and volleyball.

Even now I eat food 5 times a day, to maintain healthy weight

The only time I was somewhat over weight was during corona which is completely self explanatory.

It is at the point that I am low-key jealous of people who can eat a cup cake today and become a walrus tommarow
As someone with bad metabolism who has no time for sports, I’d like to take half of your metabolism workings and give you half of my not working mechanism.

Also applaud you for being able to play ball games. I’m bad at every sport involving coordinating items in any form.

I don't think my diet will be suitable for you buddy, as I said I have speedy metabolism. For people who doesn't eating like me
can cause obesity

Actually efficient diets are very personal, there are people who can look at you and tell what to eat, especially in places like gym.

One of my suggestion if you're underweight is Take milk, put lots of nuts in it, cashew nut, almond etc, grind it. Then add peanut butter to it, and that too alot, then add banana(very preferably Plantain banana). Again mix it, and if you want you can add some oats to it. Mix it, grind it and drink it.

It's a recipe for protein shake I been using for few years, helps me a lot and it's taste Good.

I loose 10kg to seasonal depression every year, so that keeps me fit. I drink 25L of milk every week and that seems to keep me healthy.

When not writing/reading, eating, shitting/pissing, doing errands/chores, etc., I walk around to keep my joint lubricated and in working order.
