the stereotype largely exists because its true but with anime becoming mainstream its more so the median population more than the fact overweight neet and attitudes are a lot less discriminatory towards weebs now
And this is why I love following famous nerds like Henry Cavill, Jaylen Brown, or Michael B. Jordan. They are my inspirations. It's just a dumb stereotype IMO because it can be proven wrong.

It can be proven wrong on the individual level, the guy who seemed like a fat ugly dork in the GC turned out to be a 6'2 gigachad with a small business but broadly, more socially the case is different and the stereotype remains

Workout, or do cardio/boxing. Legit, just 30 mins of boxing (even on something like a towel - just punching it around) will burn so much fat. Walking also helps so much.

Currently about 4 or 5 months into daily exercise bike sessions which I do for a bit over 20 minutes. My resting heart rate has gone down by about 10-15 beats per minute since I started (high 70s to mid 60s kind of thing). My diet? Yeah that could use a lot of work but my weight has been pretty stable.

Football (soccer), and rarely a friend of mine will drag me out for a run at 6 in the morning,
Oh yeah, and a lot of walking; mostly whenever I'm bored with writing or work I take a long break, slip in my earphones and follow my feet blindly

I do absolutely nothing and my body keeps me fit. It's very weird considering every other close family member is overweight, but it is what it is.

Im heavy into martial arts, specifically Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Aikido, and Boxing. I train/practice at a minimum, 2 hours a day everyday .

I used to do morning runs but nowadays I do late-night runs. These can take up to an hour, sometimes more if I take a different route than usual. I do these every night.

I also lift weights, 5 days a week, though the time varies each day, at minimum an hour a day, often longer however.

I dont each much sweets, but that's about it for my healthy eating stuff. I eat at a local Mexican food restaurant 3 times a week since it's very cheap and delicious so eh.... I've never been a calorie counter. I suppose I just have a good metabolism that is helped with all of my exercises/training.

I exercise 5 times a week. I love running, so I do a lot of it. I'm thin, but I'm not sure if I'm healthy. I will figure out today from blood work. I struggle to eat often.

you should still strive to make a change for the better and do it for yourslef
When my health and the weather permits I tend to take hour walks. Currently so out of shape, due to lying in bed for 4 months because of surgery and vomiting before that, last time I tried to go on a walk I had to take my inhaler 6 blocks in and rest for ten minutes. Would restart, but currently the farmers are burning their fields and I have a nasty smoke allergy.
