Make a 50/50 dough as it is the easiest dough to work with. I would also look up some other recipes for this to help as I am not an expert. It's equal parts flour and water. Add yeast. Mix with a spoon and let rest for an hour or up to 12 hours. Dust with healthy amount of flour and knead lightly into a ball. Then roll out on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Oven or woodfire oven cook it for 3 minutes or until it forms a lightly cooked shell. Remove and top with sauce, cheese, toppings, etc. Back in oven till cheese melts.
