I learned today that making pizza dough is hard as fuck!!!! It always turnout as a donut!
Make a 50/50 dough as it is the easiest dough to work with. I would also look up some other recipes for this to help as I am not an expert. It's equal parts flour and water. Add yeast. Mix with a spoon and let rest for an hour or up to 12 hours. Dust with healthy amount of flour and knead lightly into a ball. Then roll out on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Oven or woodfire oven cook it for 3 minutes or until it forms a lightly cooked shell. Remove and top with sauce, cheese, toppings, etc. Back in oven till cheese melts.

It's hard... the dough always become tough and watery.

It's hard... the dough always become tough and watery.
You may need to knead it more. It has to get tough before it can get easy to manipulate. If you need to, use a stand mixer with a dough hook and add flour to it in small amounts until it rides up the hook. If that doesn't work then IDK.
