IN A WORLD with a corrupt sheriff, a tsunami, and a horse with no name... (it's also a western. Yee haw.)

A slightly more serious attempt: The flood took out the whole town. It could've been avoided if the sheriff hadn't been laundering funds, built some sea walls, focused on evacuating the town, something. The selfish son of a bitch knew the town was damned, I just know it. How else could you explain his trip, planned conveniently just a few nights before it happened? He thought we all died; most of us did. By complete luck, it was just me and a weak old horse on the ranch just outside town. I explored the wreckage and found the bank vault empty. All the proof I needed to resolve myself to track that sick son of a bitch down.

Yggdrasil—or the Tree of Life, whichever you prefer—ended up reincarnated into another world. Not as a god, not as a world pillar. Just… a small purple tree living near a harbor. With two parents. A red tree and a blue tree (hence the purple colour). For the first time in its very long existence, it experienced something new. Love.

It didn’t last. One foggy day, it heard chopping in the distance. Loud. Repetitive. Getting closer. It wanted to look, but it couldn’t. Trees don’t move. By the time the fog cleared, both of its parents were gone. All that remained was an axe.

That was when Yggdrasil learned something else. Fury. Fury make it move. Fury make it roots tore from the ground.

The axe was taken. And for the first time, the Tree of Life made a decision. Revenge.

This world was used to deforestation, It wasn’t ready for a tree comitted to dehumanization.

Every full moon, a girl in a white porcelain cat mask walks the streets, a whip trailing behind her.

When she appears, disappearances follow. Quiet, clean, with no witnesses or traces.

Fantasy - A talking dog, desert city, fire tornados

Corrupt, inhumane, demonic.

These are some of the words used to describe the desert city of Bashaar, who's Zarr ruled over the city with an iron fist and terrible magic.

When the Zarr began destroying holy shrines with powerful fire tornadoes, the Goddess Lassie had just about enough. She sent forth her most powerful warrior, Chips, to stop this evil cat from continuing his reign of chaos.

They say all dogs go to heaven, now see what happens when a battered war veteran comes back down and unleashes all hell.
