i think only tony could give a definitive answer but @tiaf 's suggestion is good. If you're going to be descriptive, even if it's just a bath, then it wouldnt hurt to err on the safe side and warn people.

It's not technically yuri related but also is so i thought i'd ask: What's a proper way to write about periods? like effects, actions women take while having them and etc. I only have the very vaguest and basic comprehension, being a guy after all.

I'm especially prone to it as well. I'll second the advice from Phantom: just do whatever you feel is right. Perhaps post the original here for people to read if they want and then re-write as you go. Maybe some feedback will help you re-organize things a bit easier.
