If you ever wonder what it's like to have D.A.A

Depression is low, unfiltered water quality + quantity. ADHD is the hole in a cup of water. Anxiety is a faucet, trying to fill the cup frantically, but splashes water everywhere, making it drain even faster.

On a daily basis, I try to plug either the hole or faucet with a mental power made of toilet paper. Absorbant, but dissolves.

Childhood habits never die.
I manage to avoid eating vegetables without realizing, even though I'm not as criticial of them now.
Ate a breakfast of eggs, potatoes and fruit. No veggies.
Potatoes don't count! They're not green veggies like broccoli 'n shit!
