I wish that there were characters in the Latin alphabet and others that were read as breathing sounds. Would make my immersion in reading so much better

I have been reading for 28.8 greebops today. 1 greebop is 1,000 seconds, so 3.6 greebops is an hour, therefore, I have been reading for 8 hours.
