What combination of tags makes you less inclined to play a game? For me, it's Open World and Player Freedom. I see these two tags, and the odds of me liking it become like 1 percent.
For me it's personal preference. I get bored of even great open world freedom games. I got bored of Witcher 3 which people consider one of the best. There are also usually too many choices for me. My favorite Dark Souls is DS3, and it's like the most linear of all of them. You are funneled to head certain directions.Honestly, games barely are a turn off for me. Like, I voiced my hatred for multiple endings. However, there are some that does it very well.
I guess it kinda depends.
For instance, Open world is more likely to turn me away, since they are usually done pretty bad. Though, it is not a deal breaker depending.
Multiple ends are usually abysmally done. My bar is that if I need a guide, you did a crap job on the game.
I should be able to know what I have to do within the constraints of the game itself. Seeking an external source just to find something in the game, I have always found it very bad design.
That aside, nothing is a deal breaker to say. It kinda just depends.
I get that, linearity is the bread and butter that made the best games out there. The slow expansion, as the world opens up more and more. For me it's personal preference. Yeah, I can get behind that.I only play open world if it's a survival sandbox.
Alright PvPer’s, get em.MOBA, MMO, recently also most PvP, and I'll be extremely unlikely to play.
The price tag. What combination of tags makes you less inclined to play a game? For me, it's Open World and Player Freedom. I see these two tags, and the odds of me liking it become like 1 percent.
True, a lot of games are 70 dollars. I think civ7 is going to be that, and I won't buy it.The price tag.
Oh yeah, I forgot Gacha games. I don't like those either. What combination of tags makes you less inclined to play a game? For me, it's Open World and Player Freedom. I see these two tags, and the odds of me liking it become like 1 percent.
There is one clicker game I can recommend, as it is extremely good. Eternal Senia Hydrangea.Idle Clicker game, eerotic and games that do not have skip button for the dialogues are games i dont usually or never play.

Oh Come on. Don't lie you look like a gacha addict. No one is gona blame you.Oh yeah, I forgot Gacha games. I don't like those either
I think what’s worse than the $70 price tag, is how absurd micros have become. People really have accepted to have less, when back then. You got the whole package. The price tag.
No, why would I lie about that? I openly admit to playing League of Legends and liking gay vampire stories and anime. Gacha games wouldn't be any difference.Oh Come on. Don't lie you look like a gacha addict. No one is gona blame you.

I just realized League is a gacha game because you roll for good teammates every game.
True, and I’ve seen people get extremely toxic in league. I mean come on, it is just a game.I just realized League is a gacha game because you roll for good teammates every game.
