Maybe a controller can solve that issue for you. You can bind keyboard to buttons, which should make things a lot easier.I don't know how to press keys while moving the mouse, it's too many things and my brain won't compute. So anything action related, or that demands a lot of quick thinking are immediately a no go. But I like simulation games where you can press pause, like the Sims or Spellcaster University. Visual novels too, like Aviary Attorney, Cinderella Phenomenon, or the Ace Attorney saga. Professor Layton is also a good pick, I have a lot of those games on my DS
