    Story feedback request

Either you are a very skillful writer who has chosen the wrong genre and has no idea what your audience wants, or you overused AI. I'll still give it a read since Warhammer is really cool... but really nobody wants to read stuff like that. Big words with a very small amount of content. Gotta...

What would you do if you regressed?

Do the things that Manhua protagonists do, since 99% of all Manhuas, regardless of Genre, all include Regression. Koreans are the most regretful and perfectionist people in the world. They constantly dream about that second shot. Since I read like hundreds of Manhua without a single one that...

What app/program do you use for outlining your plots?

I use Google Docs for a few notes. However, I usually slack off and do not take enough of them, and then have to reread older chapters constantly.

Writing I have one chapter to make my wife cry

If you do that purposely, just to get some reaction, the only reaction you'll get, at least IMO, is rage. A high percentage of readers quit after doing something like that. I have done it myself, and I regret it. If you want to do it solely to elicit a strong emotional reaction from your readers...

    Spammers?

Most skilled artists have a waiting list. You should be wary of ANY artist who is begging you for work, especially if they claim that they have read your work and can "improve it with visual designs." Don't fall for it. Most likely, you will lose your money and get a piece of AI art in...

What's your longest record of experiencing writer's block that made your novels go on hiatus?

2 days.... Afterwards, I feel guilty enough and immediately get to work, trying to make up lost time. Trying to create chapters daily. There is literally no excuse, because I waste at least 5 to 6 hours every day doing useless shit, so I have the time to use two or three hours to create a chapter.

    Uncommon writing advice

I have to agree, but also disagree with that one. That's certainly true for ScribbleHub, but on other sites, chapters below 1.5k words are frowned upon and reduce your visibility (RR & WN). You might want to consider splitting chapters into two to release it in parts here, and not split it if...

How much do y'all re-read your chapters before publishing em?

Once. A friend looks over my chapters afterwards, and I also get feedback on Patreon before I release the final chapters. By that point, most mistakes vanish.

Deleting and Making same novel again

Three chapters... I would suggest you keep writing 20-30 chapters and figure out what you want to write and get into a rhythm. I can already tell you that 99% of users do not even bother with 2 or 3-chapter stories, so caring about the "market" is really the silliest thing you can do.

On a practice I have noticed as being somewhat common.

You rated around 100 stories (before your ratings got removed), so I expect that you have read them!

On a practice I have noticed as being somewhat common.

You rated around 100 stories, and now you claim you just read 300 chapters? So you only read 3 chapters before giving 1-star? Anyway, it seems like you know you were in the wrong, as all of your ratings have been removed. Or you have been NTR'd by the mod. I'd be happy with both outcomes. Just...

On a practice I have noticed as being somewhat common.

Your profile has like 90 to 95% 1-star ratings. I don't see a single rating above three stars, despite adding like 100 stories to your reading lists. That borders on harassment & trolling. Why do you keep reading stories on this site if you hate every single last one? Your name probably spreads...

Hi, everyone. You don't remember me, but please hear me out.

Banana is back. However, the banana shouldn't think in terms of Amazon releases or waiting for the RR Writeathon and stuff like that. Write because you enjoy it. Looks like you are desperate for success, and that usually ends in disappointment.

New writer, how does anyone get readers here?

You didn't select any fandoms for your story. That's probably one thing that will immediately get you 5x-10x your current readers.

    Today I wrote 11k words.

I feel genuinely offended because I have also written way over 1 million words in a year.

Judge a book by the cover

The first one looks pretty cool. I like the retro Anime style. Reminds me a little of YU-NO. The others are terrible, and the AI clearly malfunctioned.

    What motivates you to write?

Honestly, this is a W take. Love it when people are honest ;)

Day 11 still suffering with hair

I see some real improvement. Really like your stuff! After just 11 days, the result is incredible... however, why not create just 1 thread and then update it? Creating a new thread every day is a little iffy. Keep improving and I might commission some art ;-)

As an author, how do you feel when you reread your novels?

As a writer, how do you feel when you reread your novels? 50% Cringe, 40% Nostalgia, 10% Regret. I reread some parts frequently because I am too lazy to keep notes about important characters, items, and mechanics I've introduced. I enjoy it, but I also cringe a lot. Still, I refuse to...

Is Using Ai tools for things such as grammar valid or not

Grammarly is great, I can fully recommend it—however, it's not as good as GPT-5 in detecting Errors. Personally, I am using GPT for punctuation, grammar, and spelling errors. Sometimes I use it to reword an awkward phrase or use it for formatting. The most important thing is that you never use...
