Hi. Sorry for reaching out here, but I'm getting no response on NovelUpdates. My submissions for a group, series, and release are stuck — neither accepted nor rejected. I tried different accounts: the "Added Groups" counter only moved to 1 when using a Patreon link. With the original link, it stays at 0. Is this due to the .top domain?
