How does someone know if a drink is 'acidic' like coffee? Or is it because I rarely taste the acidity due to the amount of cream I put in it?

11pm drinking a sugarless energy drink, a bottle of red wine, white wine, pomegranate juice, coke zero, wine coolers, and nomming on non-sugar chocolates, and crisps, watching markiplier videos on youtube in bed all by my lonesomes. 
I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I just figured out how to edit an image into a pdf, so now I can put an image in the character appearance section on D&D character sheets.
Ugh… head hurts.
