You have moment when you enjoy story. But something happens, and you already can say you gonna hate it. Like red flags. For me it's, when story have a lot of characters. But author decided ignore all of them, and make more and more. (Mha, jjk, one-piece examples)

I dislike it when characters, especially the main character, give long exposition speeches to characters they just met. Usually it's something about their tragic backstory or the like. Whenever I start a new story and that happens in the first few chapters, I usually end up dropping it.

Quite a few things:
  • Significant swearing. I will tolerate occasional expletives, but there is a limit, and it is low.
  • Characters that are 1-dimensional and only there to be collected by the main character. This is really only okay for mob enemies.
  • Girl's Love, Boy's Love, Smut.
  • Using the story to try to force a political ideology. You can see it coming a long way off, and it kills the story without exception.
  • Authors that have a history of never finishing stories past 10 chapters.

When the MC decides to buy a slave to marry, or something like that.

When the story direction becomes drunk and instead of following a straight and understandable route it goes so off track that it makes a gay parade look straight. That's when I'll probably call quits if not give it a chance.

Arrogant righteous characters, the kind that have double-standard for themselves.

ALSO when the actions of characters are exactly the opposite of what they are described as.

Yeah, this. Can work in first person tho with unreliable narrators.

The plot twisting to excuse the MC’s shitty behavior. If they’re always right to act like a dick I find it really irritating

What I hate this most is boring protagonists. I don't even mean like mundane. Just someone who is a cardboard cutout MC is the most stupid thing. I don't care if MC is evil or good, but I wonder why people write boring MCs.

Also, when a story tries to please everyone. I would much rather see something I am bleh about if the story is interesting, then see a story that achieves nothing by doing everything.

When the story got that high stakes in the background the author instead pivots into making superficial relationships with a "harem" that may or not be in relationship with the MC because the plot is too big for a romance at that moment

++ on this one.

System that's very convenient and could reward the mc or other character without anything in return for mission is what I hate the most.
Like:

Quest: Piss on the Toilet
Reward: 200 gold

or

Quest: Achieve rank 2 Ching-Chong
Reward: Bing-Bong Cultivation Technique (Peerless-grade)

is something that I hate. The objective might range from doing something mundane, up to kill God,, but being able to hand out reward just because is not great.

The exception of this is system like in Experimental Log of Crazy Lich. In the later Arc, there's a world war and the MC's faction created a mission system which was assisted by the God of Wealth.
When an assigned quest is fulfilled, the God of Wealth will have to give something that cost her something in return, and she actually complained when the rewards are too generous as her wealth is also the source of her strength.

The lack of murder in a work that advertise itself as a murder porn.

Or unsatisfactory murder, like the hooker screwing up the blowjob with her braces.
