Understandable. You need this account so that no one will understand that even someone like you can make a quick buck from writing smut. And at the same time, you pool the wool over the eyes of your friends and readers with your other account that writes 'serious' fiction that no one needs.
The plan is a bit convoluted to my liking, but if it works for you, everything is good.

For a good tragedy piece with lots of gore and things that make your stomach hurt, I would. I have one in my notes/ planning book. If it was written in a horror specific way, I would really like to try it out. Not in the 50 shades kind of way.

What makes it fun?

it depends. I can think of several reasons:
-you're fucking someone who looks similar to you due to blood relation
-you're romantically involved with someone who knew you whole your or theirs life, thus your bond is stronger than with strangers
-you're into risque of breaking a taboo
-if sibling is of opposite sex, it's almost like gender bender self cest
-you always wanted to do it irl but couldn't
-you ran out of fetishes to fap to

Incest is still a pretty common occurrence in some countries, and this may be my home proximity to Alabama coming out. While I don't personally see anything wrong with it, a lot of royalty did it back in the day, and some countries still have it as a very common thing. I'm not gonna do it, but I don't think it'd bother me too much to see it in writing, we've all seen some of Stephen King's writing so I don't think it'd be too much worse than that. Hell, he's probably written about it before.
