What Genres do you filter out?

So I asked this a while ago and wanted to put a number to it but I forgot to make it a poll last time. It's really just the title, What genres do you filter out in your "Release Filtering"?

I had to put the Action and adventure into one section because I couldn't fit all the genres into the poll.

I only exclude BL, not because its a bad genre but because I have no interest in it.

Mechanically filter out? None. If a title draws enough interest for me to read the synopsis, and the synopsis sounds intriguing enough, I'll consider anything, though not a huge fan of "pure" homosexual romance (GL or BL ... heck, not usually a fan of romance in general), smut or sports and don't trust some of the Asian words I don't know the meanings to enough to dive into stuff tagged with those.

Most of the others I don't even read, but I hold a cross up against LitRPG with holy water in hand.

But now... I strayed away from my Lord Heezus-christ... just for one book, ONE BOOK, to get some publicity for my other series—it's hard out here for horror sci-fi writers ;(.

I researched the abysmal text, scouring several tomes in my nerdy reading glasses, ready to scoff and criticize. And found it was... not that bad.

Upon reading a sample of Dungeon Crawler Carl, I familiarized myself with the tricks of the trade. And though I wouldn't continue reading, as it's good, I'm still not fond of the genre; but if I ever said, 'Fuck it,' I'd definitely purchase that one.

So what's the moral? Maybe give your despised tag a try. If you dislike it, you'll probably find the reason by reading it.

Or don't, I'm not your momma.

I already know why I dislike Xinxia/cultivation though. I didn't despise it until after I started reading a few and realized how bad they all were.

they're good if they're not the main focus but the background.

I don't filter anything out from the latest releases, although I have excluded everything at various times for advanced search. There is a need to announce my vote when it is already publicly visible, because the poll won't let me vote for nothing.
