Every year I try harder to understand this holiday called Valentine's Day.

For us who are still a "single", fight to achieve love in their own lives, or who have sworn off relationships for life, it can be a really difficult holiday. And the holiday doesn't really express our struggles or life choices too much.

Maybe Valentine's Day shouldn't just be a day set aside for the celebration of our love for someone else.

Maybe, just maybe, Valentine's Day should celebrate the special abilities within all of us to do so...
