Vampire Vampire Hunter

I'm not going to lie.

I just want to write a simple, action-packed, fun, vampire hunter story in the medieval ages with edge, gore, and a character writing, simple character that aren't really deep, but good enough.

I feel I overwhelm myself with big worlds when I'm not used to that yet, so I feel it's best to just start with something simple and small and work my way up there.

Supposed to be simple, no-brainer, Wattpad-esque. Now 200k words later, there’s a big world, hidden lore, political drama, and most of all, the romance is not dark at all and very slowburn…

I did that once, but it was mainly a smut one shot. And yes, I managed to stay short, because I really just did a one short. Two, actually. But that was it. Because everything else turns way too long with me. I know myself.
Small idea - so, I guess we will need 7 volumes.

I like cat girls, smut, romance, medieval fantasy, and adventure.
So I wrote them all into a story. I was supposed to be a slice of life thing.

It's been over 150 chapters and the tone is more serious than funny, lives are at stake, relationships are challenged, and romance blossoms into the occasional plap~plap smut scenes that would make you blush and close the blinds before you finish reading.

This works. The vampire MC cultivates through drinking blood and siphoning the victim’s spiritual energy. They are a product of pure yin energy and would get harmed from yang energy, hence the sun burns them. They want to cultivate enough energy to eventually become a true immortal that is no longer limited to just yin, and thus finally walk in the sun again.
