I find watching porn annoying - either there's no plot at all and it gets real old real fast for me, or there is an attempt at a plot, that suddenly grinds to a halt for the sex scene, and, just as the sex scene starts getting good, the plot intrudes. Just a bunch of speed bumps. In written form, I can use my imagination to fill the blanks (and usually skip over the more detailed sex scenes unless I'm looking for pointers)...

The impact of those titles don't violate the readers enough. If the readers don't feel like their privates are being violated, it's not smut. It's... cheap!

Also the second title is not long enough.

Well now it is the question what is considered encouragement. Not that I'm ready to find out

• Encouraging Non-Consensual Sexual Content - These are stories that are encouraging non-consensual sexual acts. Your story cannot be encouraging non-consensual sex acts.

In context of this rule implying the same treatment should apply for non-consensual sexual acts as for illegal sexual acts and me at least remembering one implicit rape which was discouraged by the protagonist in a popular smut story, the third most popular smut story between chapter 30-40. Which means as long as the story/author discourages the illegal act it should be fine to be depicted.

Or this site lacks moderation because I just remembered a story with a highschooler and +18 person, thinking further upon the scene I remember how thin the line of consens in smut can be.

If you really care about depicting illegal act in a discouraging manner ask Tony and don't trust me
