Sadly, it does.
Tony can't moderate everything alone and one can't expect users to report such things, especially if it makes their peckers tingle in funny way.
But if such content is posted, it will be Tony who will have problems when something happens. And it would be sad if this place went down :v

All the things that shouldn't be encouraged as the guidelines say is probably okay as long as they really aren't encouraged, what I haven't seen yet but I'm not the biggest smut reader. Like if the Usa forbade from depicting such things even if they are discouraged, the encouraged part wouldn't be there, I believe Tony isn't incompetent and made an illegal website already from what is allowed to depicted.

As long as rule 34 and AO3 can depict far worse I believe sh pretty save, if anything I believe the gl and bl tag and similar are far more likely to get sh taken down.

Well now it is the question what is considered encouragement. Not that I'm ready to find out

In context of this rule implying the same treatment should apply for non-consensual sexual acts as for illegal sexual acts and me at least remembering one implicit rape which was discouraged by the protagonist in a popular smut story, the third most popular smut story between chapter 30-40. Which means as long as the story/author discourages the illegal act it should be fine to be depicted.

Or this site lacks moderation because I just remembered a story with a highschooler and +18 person, thinking further upon the scene I remember how thin the line of consens in smut can be.

If you really care about depicting illegal act in a discouraging manner ask Tony and don't trust me

Because both things are under the same context ( of being encouraged) not allowed on the website, I am not aware of necrophilia of any form on this website but I had remembered a rape scene? Furthermore did I even change the goalpoast? Like the second sentence should make it obvious that I equate both due to their similar phrasing which creates the same context under which they might be allowed from my understanding of the rules and my observation of how this rules are actually applied and regarded.

It's true that my phrasing of my first claim wasn't clear enough but as long as it is not encouraged it should be allowed as the rules say.

I probably will soon take some time to bother Tony what the encouraging means in detail, the funny thing is that I am not even interested in it.
But again I'm not a lawyer and just try to decipher the guidelines, so taking my words with a lot of salt is encouraged by me.
