My throat died. Cold or whatever other bastard that decided to make my poor throat swollen and sore Cant even enjoy my carrots in peace now

When your body is all heated up and you drink very cold water it basically guaranteed sore throat and sick. Too big shock for your strained body. Room temperature or lightly cool, never cold. I was being dum dum
