That her multiplicity, the very essence of her being, is both her curse and her charm. As for me... I find myself envious of her, capable of being so many things at once, while I can't even master the singular task of making my chocolate universally loved.

This task fails only when you decide to give up, Matcha-kun. As long as you're out there trying and not giving up you always have a chance to win someone over, even if they deny you at first. There's no such thing as true mastery, because learning and bettering yourself is not a task that can be finished. And the longer you go, the better you get, the better you chocolate becomes. Then this gives even higher chances of success when the next opportunity stumbles your way.

Find confidence in my chocolate, you say? I've tried, Ane-san, truly. But confidence is a fragile thing, easily shattered by a single word of disdain or indifference.
