Get a flip phone and bring books and/or notebooks with you when you go places. Have a desktop computer, but don't keep it in your bedroom if you can avoid it.
Also . . . use condom! If you have a baby, you'll be reading nothing but parenting books in the bathroom (or picture books to the child) for the next three years or more because first you have to hold your breast to keep your nipple in its mouth for six months, and then it becomes more mobile and positions itself for breastfeeding, but then it also starts grabbing books and pencils out of your hand when you try to ignore it and do your own thing and you can barely get household chores done, let alone anything along the lines of reading or writing. If you do manage to sit down and work on something, you'll be climbed on, and you'll put the project away because you were painting something for the kid, and the kid will scream and cry and beg you to keep painting the thing, and so you tell the kid that you'll try again tomorrow, but you're too touched out and overstimulated to continue today.
