I need someone to either say that's a good idea I'm gonna steal that or shoot it down hard.
General idea HarryPotter/Tinkerbell crossover
Tentative title HarryPotter prince of fairies

The night harry is left on the dursleys doorstep he is found by fairies and adopted by queen Clarion. He grows up learning magic from all the different types of fairies

Very not good. :blob_no:

That's just my opinion, though... write the story yourself and prove me wrong! You can do it. Give it a try.

Ideas are always worthless, it's only implementations that matter ("idea guys" are the worst). That said, this... is an exceptionally strange idea. I'm more interested in how you came to think to combine these two properties than I am in seeing how it plays out. I suppose you must have grown up watching those direct to DVD tinker bell movies and got put onto HP by a parent.

Anyway, I say go for it. The worst thing that can happen is no one reads it, but you can guarantee that doesn't come to pass by reading it yourself later. And hey, for all I know, you could just be ahead of the game on this one. I mean, someone wrote a whole ass epic mega series about the zombie beetles from Warcraft, and it did numbers on RR. Maybe this is the same?

Honestly I was just reading a HP fanfic and something brought tinkerbell to mind and I thought that could be an interesting combo

Why make it Harry Potter though? He NEEDS to go to Hogwarts due to his ties to Riddle.
Now a normal-ish kid, like Tim Hunter (Vertigos Books of Magic series, but a limited series and then an ongoing one) looked a bit like Harry and even had an owl familiar (the appearance thing was coincidental; the owl was likely a case of both authors being inspired by another; Tim got his familiar at about the same time Harry's book was going to press so the odds of them influencing each other are slim to none), and did got some training (and a curse - last I saw he could no longer touch the ground but only walked an inch or so above it) in the fae lands.

A fairy-trained wizard, with or without Tinkerbell, could be a lot of fun to read. A fairy trained Harry Potter would probably not be.

It wouldn't have to be Harry that's just the first idea that popped into my head. Thinking about it now a reincarnator Luna would be a better option whose to say all the weird creatures she talks about aren't things only she can see due to her exposure to fairy magic

There are many HP fanfics where he is raised by others, including those from other story worlds.
Find a way to justify it and make a decent plot.
Maybe Harry can see what Luna is actually talking about?
Maybe he knows some of the older, darker, fairy magics?
Maybe they do something about the soul fragment in his scar, but Dumbledore doesn't realize it?

Got a question. Who is the big bad and give us a little sample like an action scene that will stand out to see what you got.

Darker fairy magics? Keep in mind these are the Disney fairies we're talking about. Not to say that the summer and winter courts couldn't exist within this crossover it's just unlikely. And like I said in an earlier comment it doesn't need to be Harry he's just the first to pop into my head when I had the idea

Honestly for a villain I'd go OC Voldemort/Gargemel(smurfs) mash-up
Would need a decent name for him though
