I'd say yes.
In fact, I'd say that conversely, there's little to no meaning if your only goals are centered around your own personal satisfaction. We just plain can't fill our psychological needs caring only for ourselves. We'd just end up quickly spiraling into dissatisfaction and depression.
That said, this is also a train of thought I generally only see started by people (myself included) who just got hit by something going very badly in their life, so, one internet stranger to another: hope things are going okay for you, or at least will be soon.
