Is this kind of thread okay?

First thread. Also a question.
I did look at the rules, and I don wanna break any of them.
So I figured I'd make a little thread to ask first.
But I was thinkin of makin a story, or thread, to post and share some of my character ideas wit everyone, cuz i enjoy coming up wit characters for stories and stuff.
I'm just not really good at writin them.

Couldn't think of any better way, or place, to ask.
But is that kind of thing okay?
And if it is, would it be okay as a thread, or story/series, or maybe boths?
And if only as a thread, where should I post it, or how should I go about posting it? Iunno which forum area or sub-section it would belongs in.
