Monsters, by definition, is evil.

A word can have multiple definitions. One of the definitions of monster is:

a mythical creature which is part animal and part human, or combines elements of two or more animal forms, and is frequently of great size and ferocious appearance. Later, more generally: any imaginary creature that is large, ugly, and frightening.

Notice how it doesn't say evil.

Depends on your definition of angel. For me, angels were once humans living in the physical world like us. By that definition, they are still of the same general source, so no, not monster-grinding.
