3. Tales of Xillia. The story is so good that if it was (faithfully) made into an anime, it would be right up there with Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood for me.

I love the tales series. I know the latest didn't have the best story, but I'm a sucker for romance stories (and fighting against oppressors).

Honestly, I think FF7 has the best gaming story. Maybe FF10.

Expedition 33 and the Mass Effect trilogy (skip Andromeda) are my favs.

I think To the Moon series deserves a mention.
And Quintessence: The Blighted Venom, even though it was unfortunately never finished.
