While it was Xianxia I don't think it was a translation, I might be wrong but I don't remember a note on the index page for the story saying it was a translation.
The quality was unusually high in the sense of grammar and such for a translation too.
The author also is the same as here on Wattpad and on their Patreon.

Nah, the main characters had only just gotten together a few chapters before the point I'd read to (I'm less than 10 chapters behind the latest chapter) and were generally very chaste, only kissing and holding hands.

probably was a translation then, just check the authors profile page on the main site, they might have a link to where they are hosting it now... or google the title, you can probably find it elsewhere

The SH delisting bot only see reports accusing your story of not being the original and the r*late site link, acting based on the false report.

This is how even original (as in written by you and not a translation, even if it is a fanfiction) stories are not safe from malicious actors and the malfunctioning bot.

On the bright side, if someone wasted their time mass reporting your story, it mean you are famous. You live rent free in their head. So congrats?
