Gave away some food we probably aren't going to use before its expiration date. Returned tools to my dad that my husband borrowed more than a month ago.

Made spinach casserole. Tossed in extra veggies and substituted cream of mushroom soup with alfredo sauce because of what was available in the house. Substituted breadcrumbs for French-fried onions because some spinach casserole recipes use breadcrumbs, and I didn't have French-fried onions, and I'm trying to use up the breadcrumbs I found in a corner cabinet where they'd been put because they were in a huge box, but then they also got forgotten up there.
