Context, you got sent into another dimension by ROB, time stopped and all so that you can think, and the question given to you is "Would you sacrifice the entire world to become a god?"
The "entire world" refers to the very blue marble you and seven billion humans plus floras and faunas are on and its inhabitants. And yes, that includes your favorite people and cats, dogs and pets.
The "sacrifice" is not just a Thanos' snap. The ones getting tributed will go through AM's torment plus 18 Chinese Hells plus Dante's Inferno plus *insert fate worse than death because at least death is an exit*. Oh, they can't die, they wish to but will never die.
You only get to choose once.
So here's how it is. You pick No and you get send back to whatever it is you are doing.
You pick Yes and you become a higher being, stronger than DCAU Superman plus Omniman plus Homelander plus Saitama plus *OP MCs*. But there will be no backsies, you can recreate Earth, Rick & Morty your way through other dimensions for Earth, but the OG is definitely definitely gone. You do have the options to see and hear their screams, you may even partake in their eternal torment and do whatever you want to increase their pain since they are functionally immortal. You cannot bring them relief.
