"well, the combat runes i can give you are grapple, sleep, shock, explode, these four dont really cost much mana nor cost much to maintain, so you should be able to use them soon, the armor and weapon enchanting we can save for later, and temp enchanting is a theory of enchanting that putting runes on stuff and then allowing it to recieve magic input to power it can help you a bit. but i dont think you should try temp-enchanting just yet."
Dust looks down from the ceiling at Niv and waves at her. As Dust uses the new grapple spell, like a impromptu spider climb spell~. As Dust is upside down, bound to the ceiling through the use of his own rune.
"I told you not to do that in the building!" a bullet appears and fires straight into one of the ropes binding him
"did your master teach you common sense?"
". . . .Common...Sense?" Dust ask, confused as he thinks... finding a probable answer to her question?
"Ya, my master did, like how im lower than the grass outside that people step on, or that it's a reward i was liked by her for my childish features.~" Dust answer nostalgically...Unaware of how...distorted those statements are..or what they reveal about his life in his home world. "Which was the one she said I remember always though...Hmmm..was it the first or the second..or was it that experiments are from morning to dinnertime.."
Niv's eyes widen an amount, her eyes seem to catch fire, the same for her hair and ears for a moment, then they turn back. she looks at him straight on "where did she find you?"
"she found me after my mother was butchered by the local church's paladins, told me as long as I did whatever I was told, I could be allowed to live for her sake." Dust struggling to recall the event with clarity, as most he appears to remember is... the blood... then finally my soon-to be master finding me in the bushes, after my mother's end hours ago.
