I am guessing that Tony is following the KISS rule: Keep It Simple, Stupid.
In reality, books don't have arcs. They're usually added as afterthoughts.
When people write essays, they think of an appropriate title after composing the essay. People who formulate the title first shackle themselves and stunt the possible growth and direction of their essays.
While some readers binge read, authors here tend to trickle their releases regularly or sporadically.
Current arc titles should be empty unless authors want to chain themselves and possibly write themselves into a corner. It's like trying to forcefully fit your foot into a readymade shoe in contrast to comfortably crafting one that will fit nicely.
I'm neither for nor against the feature.
