Which story of yours is probably the most suitable to have video game adaptation

It's the other way around. I'm trying to adapt my homebrew board game into a story.

If your protagonist lived in the real world, who would she/he be in your life?

Haven't been born yet, since the story takes place 20-30 years in the future. Wouldn't want to be in that timeline myself though, definitely among the 50% of the world population to be wiped out.

Is it wrong for a war veteran to not want to fight for their planet anymore?

Very normal, especially if they don't have any tie to the planet anymore, like family/friends, and are too broken to fight.

    Guns in Fantasy

Be creative about it. Mages can do a lot more than just pulling the trigger. - They can make the guns lighter with gravity magic to lift an entire nebelwerfer rocket rack into the air and rain death on their enemies. - They can singlehandedly power up weapons requiring enormous energy supplies...

Question regarding; 'hard to stomach' scenes.

Orc graping woman is sexual violence not horror, unless it also mutilated and ate her afterward (like that "bowling ball stuffed by oversized sausages" scene in Evertales). But honestly I believe the author should be upfront and put a warning on your story's main page, then present each chapter...

What metaphor describes your novels as important in your life?

Me trying to breathe life into the random tabletop game I cooked up in my free time.

Dark fantasy or isekai power fantasy (LiRPG): which do you prefer?

Neither. The authors of both sub-genres have glaring problems and it's very hard to find an enjoyable story out of them (both published and web novels). 1. Dork Fantasy (no, not a typo) authors usually went all-in on the dork and forgot about everything else. - The story is almost certainly...

Why does modern military firepower not work against monsters and other BS reasonings.

Idk man. The military is only ineffective against monsters and other bs reasonings if they were somehow decimated completely along with most of the world's population within a week or so. For example, during a deadly worldwide zombie apocalypse like Left 4 Dead or World War Z Otherwise they...

Authors, please, recommend me your story!

If you're interested in reading the deranged fantasy of a jaded military medic then I suppose you could read my new work. It's actually based on the setting of a board game I cooked up during free time. Prob needs more cooking until it becomes readable though...

    About material to make coin

You either go super big brain and create an entirely new kind of fantasy material (Elysium, magic grass, mana crystal...) or stick with the good old metal coins. Gold, silver, copper or any metal good enough to become currency will do. Just so you know, gold and silver coins from the Tang...

Petition to remove “loli” tag from scribblehub

Big oof. Me too. I didn't even realize that tag existed at all. Like, we aren't nh*ntai or something.

    Need some entertainment

Some light novels I'd recommend: - Rokujouma no Shinryakusha - Hidan no Aria - Tearmoon Empire - Oda Nobuna no Yabou For manga: - Hakka Shoujo Btw, I also highly recommend Black Bullet (light novel). It's very good but not for entertainment, you have been warned.

What is the optimal number of limbs?

For a normal human who is used to having 2 hands and 2 legs? That is also the optimal number. If you slap an extra pair of hands on a normal human, their brain might overload from the extra stress. But for someone or something who can handle them? As many as Avalokiteshvara's.

5 chapters done, looking for feedback

Thanks for feedback on everything else, especially the narration part. As for the plot related issues, S hesitating to defend herself and the two's indifference to their 6 year reunion will be explained later on. As for the zombies, I'm pretty sure I put a huge spoiler in that chapter too. And...

I can predict whether your story will become popular or not

The Replacer thingy was partly my idea. I also know about the other game. But this one is different though because this particular Replacer group while the other Replacer Syndicate group wants to evolve human into a better race to prepare for the apocalypse. And just to be clear the chess...

did world war 3 really happen?

Russia don't mess around. You could clearly see how swiftly they did things in the war against ISIS and other terrorist organizations in the Middle-East. The US dragged the war out for months to try and benefit from it, but Russia straight up bombed those guys back to stone age.

did world war 3 really happen?

Already forseen this happening years ago when Murica attacked Libya, Syria... and supported revolutions in various other countries without any public opposition except Russia. If Murica can do it legitly, Russia can also do it legitly (which they just did). And if these two big bosses can do it...

5 chapters done, looking for feedback

Here's the link: Operation Plague Heart Need some in-depth feedbacks, mainly about my writing style. I'm not used to creative writing in general so I'm afraid it might be too stiff. It would be nice if you also comment on the synopsis, story pacing or other aspects. Thank you for your time.

Do you sometimes think "this chapter would be easy" but then thing happened?

Got everything planned out before writing so it doesn't happen often, both here and when I'm writing reports at work. My main problem when writing a story is balancing out the talking. After writing like 1000 words, I looked back and said to myself "WTF is this? A drama script?" then had to...
