Show Series Stats on Dashboard Stats Page

The series statistics page has more information than the dashboard statistics page (or at least, I enjoy having the breakdown in more than one way). It'd be nice if I could see those stats all in one place without clicking on my series, since it counts author hits as views. It always feels...

Does the Art Quality of the Novel Cover attract more readers?

Art theft sucks (I've had stories stolen before, too), but summaries aren't the place to warn against it. The sort of people who plagerize like that aren't going to heed "Don't do it."

Does the Art Quality of the Novel Cover attract more readers?

I think your covers are cute/fine, but your FAQ sections are a pinch offputting. It assumes the reader has bad intentions from the get go. Updating your summaries could also help. From: To: And so forth. Using periods where commas should be may turn people away. Summaries are the true first...

As an author, have you ever experienced this?

"There is always someone better than you and always someone worse." A very anxiety reducing truth. Lol.

As an author, have you ever experienced this?

I like seeing the progress I've made as a writer. It's fun to read my older, rougher works again. Learning to be positive about your work, whether good or bad, is good skill to develop. No matter what the end result, you still wrote something and kept going. I also think new writers benefit...

    Anyone else love E-Ink?

It's electronic paper and wonderful. Very easy on the eyes.

    Writing In-game time progression question.

Honestly, the angst potential of them waiting months to see someone they know again is a great concept. Lol. You wouldn't have to write out what they do every three months alone. That many time skips could be a good exercise in creativity. Like showing what state they are in. Or having them...

    Anyone else love E-Ink?

E-ink has probably been my favorite piece of technology since I got a Kindle 2 as a gift. I later got a Paperwhite and loved it, too. It was so good to read books with. (I say "was" bc I read a lot more on my phone these days since I'm reading off websites. My older paperwhite isn't too great...

Hello New Authors. Want to do a Shoutout Swap with me? (2/7)

I meant random as most people aren't expecting that sort of thing at the end of a chapter, especially since it *reads* more like an advertisement than a genuine recommendation.

    Memories of a previous timeline

Non-linear story telling is always fun, but it definitely helps the narrative if the flashbacks serve a purpose in pushing the story forward. How you do that is going to be subjective and relative to your story, though. Lol.

Hello New Authors. Want to do a Shoutout Swap with me? (2/7)

This feels like something better posted on your profile page on your messages tab. It's one thing to add a note if another story inspired your work and you want to credit it, but having random ads in the story itself feels intrusive.

    Cover Art Resources

I've added Photopea to the software list. I played around with it and it seems to be a fairly powerful browser editor. The text editing let's you adjust kerning and leading, so that's a win. Lol.

    Anywhere to publish a book

I use KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing), Gumroad, and Draft2Digital to submit my books for sale. I use Scrivener to format my ebooks and print layouts, but both KDP and D2D have built in tools.
