    I have a question

Sounds like you are making good progress. I'd say stick with one a week until you are comfortable with your new pace of writing and have some backlog, then consider changing to two a week, maybe three a week if you continue to get more done than you post.

    =] LOTQ Writing Contest [=

Finally finished my entry, based on a game I used to play way too damn much. Surviving the Cataclysm (not sure how to do the fancy link where it shows the story blurb)

What are some aspects of your story you aren't happy about?

I wish I could write that much. I think enough that I could easily do 10,000 if I had the energy to actually write. The whole world of my story just keeps going regardless of if I write it or not. I do have some consistency issues though, since I am a newbie. I did have one day I managed 5k...

What are some aspects of your story you aren't happy about?

Funny, that is one of the first things that happened with my characters going 'fuck the plot!' on me. Overall, my biggest issue is that I changed my mind on things several times, and need to fix logic/time issues. Second biggest issue is that I am too slow for my own tastes at writing...

Ever so slowly chugging away at mine.

    =] LOTQ Writing Contest [=

I think I'll join in, one of my stories I wanted to write fits "after the end" incredibly well. Bit extreme on the end part, but it is based on a game with a rather extreme situation, so... Can just keep writing it later.

I am Sick of Fake Friends

This is why I have few friends. Times got rough, most people vanished.

Fox girls, cat girls, dog girls, or wolf girls?

Sadly, that is a no for many of us. If you did, it would be on my reading list. I try to snag every foxgirl story I see.

Fox girls, cat girls, dog girls, or wolf girls?

Fox girls are the best because super fluffy tails. Wolf girls are second, IMO. Others I don't care about much at all. Gotta have foxgirls, huli jing, kitsune, kumiho, etc. Foxes for life!

    Share Your Story's Power Scale!

No specific power scale for my story, but things range from mutated flowers all the way up to deities. And even the deities have differences in power, the weaker ones resembling the species that best represents them, the stronger ones just balls of raw power. Due to the effects of mana...

What Do You Think Makes A Bad Author?

I've seen a number of bad authors, but they aren't just because you dislike what they write. Stuff like half the words being misspelled, including their title. Or zero punctuation. Or one who wrote 'chapters' one sentence long, and was praising hitler and genocide. That guy got banhammered...

How far along is your story?

Posted 98 chapters, have 99 total, looking forward to 100 since cool stuff happens. I have trouble writing though, so hoping I can write again before next week.

Which was the character you were most excited to write about?

Mostly the MC of my story, the first kitsune on that world. I also really liked the new head of the Church of Conflict because she is so different than the old one, and actually a nice person, leading to all kinds of changes. For my other story I want to get more written so I can share...

    A Dumb Poll on Ratings

I've seen a real zero-star worthy story. The user got banned for it, so those in power agreed with me on how horrible it was. Other than that, 1 is pretty damn poor, 2 is blegh, 3 is okay, 4 is good, 5 is practically perfect. Personal taste doesn't matter, only quality of the story. I've...

Which was the great inspiration for your currently main project?

In that case, you should check my reading lists too, I have multiple devoted to kitsune and foxgirls. I have an ever so slight addiction to fluffy tails.

    Isn't that a bit weird?

I find it really weird, personally. I could see if they left a review, but just for reading seems a bit much.

Which was the great inspiration for your currently main project?

For me, I've loved kitsune for quite some time now, and was reading a really good story about one (A Tail's Misfortune by AuthorSME) - I got to talking with the author in their discord and they managed to get me to start writing my own story. I've had the ideas in my mind for years and years...

    Mc with transformation abilitys

My story may somewhat count, though it is more wild animals that are mutated. Eventually, the MC gets to transform, but even 100 chapters in, he can't yet. It isn't terribly long at the moment, but this one does count: https://www.scribblehub.com/series/929852/samiya-of-the-wandering-flesh/

    Author Things #1

Personally, I've never had that problem. I just make the world, toss the characters in, then observe what happens and write it down. Worse case is I just don't know what to cut out to make it less boring, or how to describe something better.

A Question for college writers/ Randoms

As a random person, went to college for IT security, never managed to make use of it due to absurd entry-level requirements and since forgot most of it. Used to work at an Amazon warehouse (it is pure evil, never work for them) and then a few factory jobs. Unfortunately, the conditions and...
