Assuming there are at least 50 ratings in place: 5 - Impossible 4.9 - Excellent 4.8 - Very Well Written 4.7 - Well Written 4.6 - Above Average 4.5 - Average 4.4 - Readeable 4.3 - Mediocre 4.2 - Something is wrong 4.1 - Bad 4.0 - Really Bad Anything below 4.0 is not worth reading.

You'll just have to try. The trending algorithm doesn't penalize you at all.
