I cook it slightly differently to Nah. I cook the sausages to get fat all over the tray. Then make the yorkshire mixture (Salt, eggs, milk and flour), leaving it to sit there. Then when the sausages are cooked you take the tray out and stuff and cut the sausages up into small little slices...

Funnily enough I'm cooking toad in the hole tomorrow cause all we have are packets of sausages.
