You don't lose anything for trying. Then you'll see. In the end, if you prove it, the law is on your side whether they want or not. This would be a clearly winnable case. I don't think it's even worth Amazon's risk of losing a lot of money over this sort of thing.

Wow. That sucks. You can try amazon first to get them to take it down. But you'll have to prove you're the owner. If you want to take this seriously, you're gonna need a lawyer.
