Na that only happens when she plays with her tentacles which she doesn't do in her sleep. She just pulls stuff to her chest while she sleeps which can be dangerous if one needs to breathe.

Anna is immune to genderbending so I hope puppet doesn't need to breath.

I would also like to add that the poor puppet would most likely end up as a toy for Anna to snuggle at night.
