Depends. I have a problem where I like outlining more than writing, so my outlines are very detailed and that really retracts from the enjoyment of writing. my newest project I limited myself to outlining 1 sentence per chapter and so far it’s been going better and been enjoyable to write.

That I usually end up scrapping everything I work on before posting

What are your thoughts on this? When you list a novel it helps to have a bunch of tags, but it isn’t very advantageous to post all your chapters at once. What do you think about tagging a new story with tags that will appear in future chapters, but aren’t available to read when it is first posted?

As a GB reader there is generally two types of online gb novels. 1) smut 2) trans wish fulfillment Both of those have a place and can be good but occasionally you get a gb story that is neither of those, and that's where a lot of the really good stuff is.

I understand the essence of light novels is being quick and direct, but I really wish most could put a little more effort into describing settings and characters.

Other than Bakugan, Pokémon, and Babeblade that I watched on TV from young age, it was probably Soul Eater. In 6th grade I knew a girl who was super into it and got me to watch it. Was not really my thing so I never finished it.

I don't care as long as the mc is challenged in a way that is engaging to read. It just happens that weak to strong tends to do that more often than overpowered stories

MMA is probably the best choice because it's a combination of striking and grappling. But if I actually had to learn something without magic isekai I'd pick Maui Tai or Savate because I feel personally I'd get more use out of learning striking
