I've managed to avoid hiatus on Scribble Hub so far. Mostly by maintaining a buffer and slowing down update rates based on how fast I'm writing chapters. Not sure how well I can keep that up though. Life is distracting. I miss the days when I had no responsibilities.

I don't think I've had enough experience with either to have any idea which I'd prefer. Though I think there's been some very good arguments made in favor of it being rare.

Maybe the reason so many villains do so many silly things, like leaving a hero for dead without actually confirming the kill, is due to a god of bad habits. Don't even need to do anything, they've already taken their power and made it genre defining! ;)
