Oh I love that anime. I can't wait for them to continue it. But that story makes it pretty clear that magic has the vast advantage. I'm not looking for mechs per se. I'm looking for a mech and magic story (meaning advanced tech and magic being somewhat equal. I'll give your story a read! :)

I do it all the time, because it's the only way I can reliably catch on to mistakes I've made and improve in future. Also, I like fantasy stories with well-crafted magic systems. I like to read them for inspiration. Might be a bit narcissistic, but I can be inspired by my own writing, right?
