    Crying or laughing while writing?

Yes there have been parts of my story where I've teared up, especially the things that hit me particularly hard. There have also been many moments where I can't stop laughing at my own unfunny jokes.

Should I listen to the readers or continue with the story as planned?

In my opinion, the readers aren't the ones writing the story, and as such the author isn't obligated to listen to them. Of course, address things. However, do it on your own plan. Don't give into the pressure to make a big reveal before it's proper schedule.

How to write an insecure character

I mean if the person is an insecure extrovert, then the story is simple. Their thoughts don't line up with their words. They will laugh and have fun with people while jealousy or irritation rages inside them Something like that.

Readers who declare that they're dropping the series they're reading

I'll be completely honest, I used to really get sad when someone would do this, but honestly as people did it more and more I was less and less disappointed with each one. Most of the time they would at least say why they were disappointed, which at least allowed me to think about some stuff to...

How do you make a badass and secretive villain/Antagonist

Well, if you want him to be secretive, then here's my advice. Carefully filter everything you reveal about him (Or her). Write an opening scene just to show he exists, and is plotting something. Make a plot. What schemes is he trying to perform? What counters and strategies will he use...

What's the favourite show of a character's power you ever wrote?

One of my characters lifted up 10,000 men, created a tornado around herself made from these men, then compacted them into a giant ball of people, weapons, and armor, which she then carried through the cities as if she was a little girl holding a balloon. She then sucked these people into a void...

What would happen if someone post the Holy Bible?

I mean I guess a few things would meed to be answered (No I dont have the amswer, and im too lazy to find out) 1. Would it be copyrighted in some way? If so, then it obviously would be taken down. 2. Is there a rule on SH to keep religion/politics out of stories? If so then it would be taken...

    Can positivity be toxic?

I've always found positivity to be somewhat toxic, in that it gives people false hopes only to let them down, or prevent them from seeing the reality of the situation while they live in their own fantasy. Some people may say it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile, but it takes 0...

Writing How much time do you spend writing a chapter?

For lets say 2k words I would probably take about an hour and a half, maybe an hour if I already had a scene fully planned out. I do write 3k word chapters each day, and I would say that I spend around 1.5 to 2.5 hours a day writing (Depending on how far much planning I've done for a given scene)

    Description vs. Dialogue

So I posted a certain poll on a different site to get people's views on a certain topic, and here were the results. As you can see, there were a total of ZERO people out of 13 who prefer a story that focuses on description over dialogue. Now, perhaps it was the user base of this particular...

    Why do people hate NTR?

I never thought of that. Interesting.

    Why do people hate NTR?

So, as far as I am aware, NTR is essentially a trope where you have a character who has a love interest (Usually the protagonist), and another character (Usually the antagonist) who steals said love interest from the character. This usually leads to a scenario of some sort of revenge plot...
