I don't think a clear line can be drawn at all. Any attempt will inevitably leave someone feel cheated because they have a different one. That aside, I can offer a rule of thumb: Would you read it if the romance was the only thing you cared about?

A few random things to consider: What scale should individual decisions have? Do I decide which character the MC spends some free time with? Or can I affect whether and in what role someone becomes core cast at all? Do you really want polls every chapter? Some things might better be seen...

Maybe condense the descriptions into what those three projects would generally be about and answer questions as they come up? Something like 200 words per series. There is no info on the eternal chronicles, the alister and the wolf one has nothing but prologue and the timeline looks far too long...
