How many chapters do you post per week?

With how crazy my life has been, I'd be lucky to get a chapter written in a month. Bonus points if it's 2 chapters in a month. Brownie points if it's 3 chapters in month, b/c I'd be really cooking then.

    reusing characters

Go for it. If Stephen King and Brandon Sanderson can do it, you can do it, too.

    The worst feeling

Yep, all the time, but I don't let that stop me. I just copy/paste that stuff into my scraps document for that story and start again. The faster you can get over that, the faster you can get stuff going again. For example, out of the 1.4k pages I've written of VR!, I've got over 200 pages of...

Reincarnation mangas and novels. What haven't you seen yet?

Ouch! I remember that one, b/c the MC goes through hell in his second life.

    If your toilet was sentient

If my toilet was sentient, it would tell me to cut down on the vegetables and fiber, because it's having a hard time choking down the long and thick turds I've been pumping out lately. I had a use a plunger quite a few times, actually.

Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint VS The Beginning after the End! Which one has the better lore

I don't think I've read the 2nd one, but I do remember reading ORV. I stopped at chapter 9. It was just too contrived, like the Final Destination and Saw franchises had a baby, and that baby was a gamified monstrosity of both in one cluster-fuck of BS survival horror.

The heartless in-law trope in chinese works.

I've read a lot of manhua involving crappy in-laws, but the in-laws I have IRL are all kind to me and my parents.

    Nostalgia Trigger

I used to play with K'Nex for HOURS when I was a kid. I'd build these wheeled vehicles and run 'em up container lids like ramps into walls and other things. I also used to play with toy lizards and combine them with my lego set, building environments with legos for the small lizard and play...

    Finishing My First Book Soon

I'm keeping my series all in the same book. It's just easier to keep track of things that way. I just separate the volumes with an afterword after each volume. I'm currently currently over 270k words into it, and I'm about halfway through the 2nd volume of the series. For the description, I just...

How much do you earn from your novel?

Reads, hearts, comments, follows, ratings, and reviews, but what I really care about are readers that want to read my stories. It's slow, but it's growing. I want more readers to give them a chance, b/c that's all I need to get them hooked.

What Christian inspired writing trope/cliche is best?

I tend to go for the Lilith one. The others have been done to death.

    Why Evil MC's?

Everything and anything that allows you to be edgy/edgelord, chuunibyou, and cringe without experiencing the backlash of being labeled by society as an immature man-child/woman-child/it-child comes from the emotional and irrational part of you: the id. Everything that you repress to fit into the...

    Fresh Poetry Thread

Wrote this as part of an extended sequence of poems in the same style as that below, Nove Otto of Roses, on Wattpad back when I started writing poetry. It took me from 2012 to 2015 to finish the sequence, and it's one of my most popular books on there. Rose 0. Prologue This garland made of...

What is your strengths and weaknesses as a writer?

Biggest strengths are twists, action/fight scenes, eating/food scenes, climactic holy-crap moments, settings/details/imagery/overall vividness, mystery/thriller-type narrations (it's kind of my bread and butter, really), willingness to edit/revise/even rewrite stuff to make sure there are no...
