No, there isn't any way afaik to stop people from seeing your posts. But at least they can't (directly) annoy you about it, so it's still a good option.

I mean, there is a report button there for a reason, and I'm pretty sure repeatedly harassing you in PMs is a valid reason. Other than that, the best you can do is block them.
